The Zero Foodprint project led by founder Anthony Myint, restaurateur, author, food activist, and co-chef of The Perennial restaurant in San Francisico, will use an Invoking The Pause grant for the creation of a Climate Neutral Dining Guide to promote the work of 100+ participating Bay Area restaurants, and direct climate conscious diners and summit participants to align their purchasing power with their climate values. The guide and other efforts aims to decrease carbon outputs in the restaurant industry, and is targeted to coincide with the Global Climate Action Summit taking place in September in San Francisco.
